Welcome to my little corner of the internet. I am Le'Von, a multifaceted Creatress who lives for self-expression. Since I simply can not stick to one, I use many modes of self-expression. Here you will experience a nice big gumbo of all of them.
To explain why I consider myself a Creatress: I am a Fashion & Jewelry Designer, Fiber Artist (mainly but not limited to crochet & knit), & Sewist. I've been blessed with the opportunity to sell my hand-crafted items all over the world via my Etsy shop.
In addition to those things I am also a Licensed Braider & Natural Hair Specialist who offers mobile hair services in and around Southwest Houston, Spoken Word Artist who aspires to get back to performing soon, a Youtuber, & most recently a Fashion Blogger. I know, it sounds like a lot, right?! ... it's all true though. It may sound overwhelming to some but it's my reality and I truly enjoy everything that I do. Being your own boss is a such a beautiful type of freedom.
Since I was a child I've always gotten bored easily so it's nearly impossible for me to stick to one thing. To satisfy my need to always be doing something I am constantly switching gears & looking for an outlet for the abundance of creativity I've been blessed with.
With all of that being said, you can surely expect to experience a range of posts on this site so please, I warmly invite you to click around, take your shoes off, stay awhile & get to know me.
If you'd like to contact me that's easy to do. I am a social media butterfly and will likely respond quickly if I am not engulfed with the process of creating.
I'll leave you with this weird & random fact about me: I'm a sesquipedalianist / logophile.
I know ... let me explain. It means I like words, especially words with
lots of syllables. You may notice this in my writing from time to time.
